Service target
The service target of Specialist Clinics is Macao residents, and long-term stayers holding Non-Resident Worker’s Identification Cards, student visas, or Special Stay Permits.
The service target of the International Medical Centre includes Macao residents, long-term stayers in Macao, residents from mainland China (holding Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao), Hong Kong and Taiwan, and foreigners.
Registration and file creation
If you are visiting for the first time, you need to complete registration and create a file. You may do so through the Hospital’s Online Booking System or in person by presenting the original copy of your valid identification document.
After creating a file online for the first time, please complete identity verification at the Hospital on or prior to the consultation day. Patients without identity verification may only make one online appointment and registration.
Please ensure that all patient details, including real name, contact method and type of identity document, are filled in accurately to avoid disruptions on your visits.
Before making an online appointment and registration, please add/link the patient’s information.
Online appointment and registration are not available for patients referred by the Health Bureau.
Appointment-making methods
Offline: Appointments at Specialist Clinics can be made in person at the Patient Services Centre, while appointments at clinics of the International Medical Centre can be made in person at its Customer Service Department. Appointments for both services can also be made via self-service machines in the Hospital.
Slots for the following week are released every Monday at 10:00 AM.

Appointment → Registration and payment of consultation fee (on the day of consultation) → Waiting → Consultation → Payment / Post-consultation services
Appointment cancellation
You may cancel your appointment via the Online Booking System or in person at the service counter.
Required documents on the day of consultation
Specialist Clinics: Macao residents are required to present their Macao resident identity cards. Non-Macao residents who are long-term stayers holding Non-resident Worker’s Identification Cards, student visas, or special stay permits are required to present both the identification documents and the abovementioned proof of long-term stay; otherwise, they will not be able to have consultations.
