Pursuant to Article 21(2) of Decree-Law No. 5/98/M, suggestions, complaints or objections submitted anonymously may be destroyed.

Pursuant to Article 21(3) of the aforementioned Decree-Law, the Center will respond to complaints or objections bearing the complainant's identity and address within forty-five days from the date of receipt. Should this period be exceeded, the Center will explain the reason to you and inform you of the expected reply date.
